ACROYOGA UNITED
YOUR COMMUNITY FOR ACROYOGA IN LITHUANIA

AcroYoga United began as a weekend retreat at the stunning 14th-century Žeimiai Manor. The goal was simple: bring AcroYoga enthusiasts together to share movement, creativity, and connection. The retreat was a huge success and sparked the vision of continuing this sense of unity year-round. From that spark, AcroYoga United grew into the heart of a community — a safe and welcoming space where everyone can join, try, practice, and connect with amazing people. Here, no one is above others; everyone is equal, and all experiences are valued, whether in AcroYoga, life, or other passions.

In 2019, regular AcroYoga classes in Vilnius began, creating a consistent space for locals and visitors to train, play, and grow together. Since then, AcroYoga United has continued to expand through classes, jams, and workshops, always staying true to its mission: to make AcroYoga accessible, supportive, and full of joy. At AcroYoga United, we believe AcroYoga is more than just a physical practice — it’s a way to build trust, communication, and genuine connection. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, you’ll find a community that welcomes you with open arms.

Join us at AcroYoga United Vilnius and discover how AcroYoga can help you grow in strength, confidence, and connection — both on and off the mat.

MEET YOUR TEACHERS

Christopher - Founder & Instructor

I’ve been passionate about movement and sports since childhood, no matter where life and different cultures took me. Staying active has always helped me connect with people and feel at home in new places.

In 2016, I discovered AcroYoga — and it was love at first flight. Since then, I’ve devoted myself to this practice, training at international events, workshops, and conventions, and learning from inspiring teachers around the world.

To better support my students, I expanded my knowledge in 2022 with certifications in Personal TrainingYoga Instruction, and Nutrition. These studies deepened my understanding of strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being — all essential for safe and joyful AcroYoga practice.

Since 2019, I’ve been teaching AcroYoga in Vilnius through weekly classes, events, and private sessions. What excites me most is watching students grow in confidence, connect with others, and discover the playful side of yoga.

Whether you’re trying AcroYoga for the first time or want to take your practice further, I’d love to guide you on the journey.

I discovered AcroYoga in Portugal, where I learned my very first poses under the sun and instantly fell in love with the mix of strength, playfulness, and trust. What started as curiosity quickly grew into passion, and when I returned home, I began sharing the practice by leading jams and later, classes in Kaunas.

Of course, the path wasn’t always smooth. Like many practitioners, I faced injuries and breaks along the way. But those challenges gave me new perspective—teaching me the importance of safety, communication and trust. They transformed the way I approach AcroYoga, not just as play, but as a mindful practice balancing safety and growth.

My journey also took me far beyond Lithuania. I’ve trained with the global AcroYoga community at conventions and festivals mostly in Spain, but also Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Serbia and joined countless jams all across Europe. Each place, each partner, and each exchange added something unique—interesting techniques, fresh inspiration, and new connections.

Today, I bring all of this into my teaching: the joy of my first flight in Portugal, the lessons from my setbacks, and the energy of a worldwide community. My goal is simple—whether you’re just starting out or already experienced—to create a space that is safe, empowering, and playful, where you can push limits, build trust, and discover beautiful ways of moving together.
